We are looking for motivated individuals for a full-time or part-time Sales Associate & back-up F & I position on our sales team! 

Duties will include:
Selling motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, PWCs, managing customer leads with strategic sales tools and techniques, maintaining clean and professional inventory and being a contributing member of a team that leads the way with extraordinary customer service. A working understanding of financing or F&I duties is a strong positive. Ready to work in a fun and fast paced environment?

Our Hours of Operation are 10am-7pm Tuesday-Friday & 10am-5pm Saturday. Summer hours are up to 7 days a week.

* greet, direct, guide, and inform customers about products (motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's, dirt bikes, watercraft, trailers) * provide adequate information to supervisor about customer * utilize the sales program as directed * attend off-site shows and sales in a professional manner * provide consistent follow-up with customers

$1,000 SIGNING BONUS OFFERED TO TOP NOTCH TECHNICIAN WHO CAN START IMMEDIATELY! 

MotorCity Power Sports, a busy power sports dealership in Bloomfield Hills, is looking for a FULL-TIME EXPERIENCED POWERSPORTS TECHNICIAN/MECHANIC. Wages starting from $25/hour up to $40/hour based on experience/skill. 

What we are looking for:
Must have at least 1 year of mechanical background working on automobiles, boats, ATV’s or motorcycles. We sell Honda, Suzuki, Polaris, Yamaha, Kawasaki and BRP/Can-Am products, but do work on all makes and models. We are looking for a person who is a hard working TEAM player, quick thinking, self-motivated, able to multi-task, with an attention to detail and a friendly personality. Must be willing and able to work on our computerized Repair Order System. Must hold a current motorcycle endorsement or be willing to obtain one for employment. 

Must be able to work full time, Monday-Sunday 10am-7pm. Set schedule, always same days off, some weekends required. 

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and document additional needed work.
• Ability to repair a wide variety of motorcycles, ATV's, side-by-sides, Slingshots, trikes and personal watercraft.
• Power sports experience preferred.
• Must be organized and have your own tools.
• Ability to work in a fast paced dealership, and provide quality work.
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, safety, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning etc.
• Communicate directly with Service Advisor so customers stay informed if additional concerns arise. Provide estimate of time needed for subsequent repairs
• Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications, under warranty guidelines
• Meet department goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
